The 40,000 square foot existing facility in Irving called for the renovation of existing bingo hall and gaming floor and a new addition with main lobby, corporate offices, and new slot gaming area which totaled approximately 12,400 square feet. The project took place whiles the existing facility was in operation which made the scheduling and project coordination vital in order to minimize facility downtime and revenue loss. Associated site work including new parking area, sidewalks, drainage, and landscaping were also included in the project which made for logistics challenges for construction work as well as facility patrons.
